Zestril 10 mg uses:
Lisinopril is effective in treating high blood pressure by dilating blood vessels, resulting in a reduction of blood pressure and improved blood circulation throughout the body.
Additionally, it is prescribed for individuals with heart failure and those experiencing blood pressure issues or kidney problems associated with type 2 diabetes.

Cautions:
• Before taking zestril 10 mg, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to other ACE inhibitors (such as benazepril); or if you have any other allergies.
• This medication is not intended for pregnant women.

Tell your doctor right away if you have any serious side effects
- Dry Cough.

• Interaction:
- Aliskiren.
- Certain drugs that weaken the immune system/increase the risk of infection (such as everolimus, sirolimus)
- Lithium
- Drugs that may increase the level of potassium in the blood (such as ARBs including losartan/valsartan, birth control pills containing drospirenone)
- Sacubitril.
